Design team was required to design a Continuing Care Retirement Community.  Vertical Concept: 1st floor–Community Spaces and Support Services (commercial kitchen, laundry, deliveries, HVAC); 2nd floor-20 Independent Living Apartments; 3rd floor–10 Assisted and 10 Independent Living Apartments (dining room and sunroom); 4th floor–Skilled Nursing Facility; 5th floor-Corporate Headquarters. The designer was responsible for designing the dining room area and library on the first floor and ten assisted/ten independent living apartments on the third floor.
